Meanwhile, on Thursday, an unconditional apology has come to light from Prashant Bhushan in this case. On this, the famous poet of the country, Kumar Vishwas has given his reaction regarding the case regarding the personality of Prashant Bhushan. He has tweeted- ‘I know, he will not apologize.’ In the tweet, Kumar Vishwas, quoting an old relationship with senior advocate Prashant Bhushan, has said that he will not apologize in the case.

Kumar Vishwas, who is known for his impeccable views on social, economic and political issues, wrote in the tweet – ‘I have serious differences with him on many issues including Kashmir. I have often put opposite opinion in front of him and he heard it every time despite disagreeing. I know him he will not apologize.

Significantly, in the Supreme Court hearing against lawyer Prashant Bhushan in the contempt of court case, he has been asked to apologize unconditionally after convicting him. The court also said that if Prashant Bhushan does not do so, he will be sentenced.

In this case of contempt, he has been asked to apologize by reconsidering his statement by 24 August. At the same time, Prashant Bhushan made it clear in the court that he did not intend to apologize, although he said that the issue should be reconsidered.

Prashant Bhushan in his deposition in the court said- ‘My tweets were for discharging my duty as a citizen. These are beyond the scope of contempt …. My tweets were with good faith.
